Ring Video cameras are installed at the entrance of each unit monitoring 24/7. 

Noise Detector devices are installed inside each unit which sends an alert to our local on-site support staff if the noise exceeds a certain dB level. 

Smart Locks are installed on each door, a new code is generated for each guest, and codes are deleted upon checkout.

Our Story

We began our business at the start of 2022 partnering with Residential and Commerical Landlords with our Master Lease Partnership Agreement. We guarantee income for the owner of the property taking away the problems of tenants defaulting on rent or having to evict tenants.

Our team is made up of experienced, hardworking professionals with our first and foremost focus on honesty and integrity. Our goal is to fulfill the needs of our owners, all while keeping tenants and residents safe and happy.
